What is the return policy?
We want you to love what you buy! If you're not happy with your order, you can return unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Please note: For trading cards and collectibles, we can’t accept returns on opened products or mystery packs.
If there's a problem with your order (like damage or the wrong item), let us know within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll sort it fast.
